c500 incorrect "Unread Messages" count

I have a completely empty deleted items folder within Text Messages on my c500.

For ages now, its been displaying 1 unread message even though its empty.

I've tried putting more in the folder and then clearing it again and nothing is working.

Is there a way I can solve this extremely annoying (over time!) yet really insignificant bug?

Hopefully, its just a registry hack or something.
