I don't know what I did but somehow I emptied the My Documents folder from the phone and now I have no Caller ID templates and no photo themes for my camera. My request is that someone with a kind heart emails me a zip with the default contents of My Documents. Pretty please I feel like dying :cry:

Thanks Griff, but I think I might have to go with the hard reset since I can't copy the files to the phone. Ah well... here goes nothing. I hope it won't reset my storage card too lol

Your storage card will be fine and not affected by the hard reset.

yeah - a hard reset isnt that big a deal. You can get all the programs back on the phone after by using activesync add/remove programs, it remembers some

my mpx200 seems to need a hard reset every 6 weeks, I'm a veteran at it now!!
