M2000 Bluetooth Headsets

I have an Orange M2000 (Operator Version 5.40.1.179,ROM 1.40.00WWE, Radio 1.06.02) and have the pleasure of also having a C500. The C500 was supplied with a Jabra BT250v headset.

The BT250v headset does not work with the M2000, it crackles constantly and the other end has difficulty hearing. I have several questions:-

1) Tthe BT250v is a BT1.1standard, will a BT1.2 standard work any better with the M2000?

2) The Jabra BT800 is 1.2 compliant and has the advantage of being USB chargeable, can anyone confirm that this headset functions well with the M2000? Any other good (i.e long battery life) USB chargeable headsets?

3) Whilst I appreciate that the M2000 is a pocket PC and hence not the best 'phone' in the world, are there any headsets that actually a) initiate a call with the M2000 and :) interact with voice dialling installed on the M2000 (eg Microsoft Voice dialler).

Lastly, nothing to do with Bluetooth, but does anyone know how to install new skins in Windows MediaPlayer 10 Mobile Edition, I have a few WMZ files from microsoft but can't see where to stick them to come up in the slins change window on the mediaplayer.

First thing to check would be the BT driver build version. I'm no expert here, but there are a lot of posts in the Blue Angel forum (M2000) on this topic. Upgrading BT is quite easy IIRC.
