Hi

I have a fax to email service which sends business orders to an email address I collect at on my M500. The faxes come as a Tif attachment and I cannot view these, does anyone know what I can install to view them please?

I tried to just do a 'save as' to save it as a different format but you are not allowed to change the file type.

Thanks in advance

Steve

I have no pocket pc or experience of this program but after searching for you anyway (coz I'm such a nice guy) O:) I found Resco Photo Viewer which apparently supports TIFF files.

Wait Up! Found a free program for you! Have a look HERE.

On some apps, like the smart explorer, you can dictate file association with specific applications. You can try associating .tif with explorer or album. as long as it's in rgb (and not cmyk), it should work, although I haven't tried it yet.

Many thanks for the links to software that will view TIFFs!

Cheers

Does anybody know where the truefax application mentioned in the M500 handbook (the large htc produced one, not the basic orange one) is located? Every other application seems to be present as per this manual but this one, it would have been a useful addition.
