Please Help me with issue after asian rom 3.45

ok i flashed my smartphone,everything is working fantastic i have yet to experience the issues alot of people encountered with this phone.My beef is after the flash i edited the connections to match cingulars settings for gprs-mms etc. When i turn off the phone the settings reset and i have to re-key them again is there away to avoid this problem?

and also i have looked all over the forum for gprs cingular settings i cant find them no more-maybe im searching with the wrong keywords? but please somebody help me in how to avoid this issue-is the only problem im having so far

also-when i recieve a multimedia message do i have to go online to view it?

i use to have a samsung and any mms message will just show up the content when i go and open it-with smartphones do you have to go online to view it?
