Guest Paul Kaye Posted August 3, 2005 Report Posted August 3, 2005 Is there anyone out there who can assist me with the following: My MP3's are saved onto my mini sd card where I want to keep them! I can also find them in Settings\Sounds and assign them to Ring Tone, Reminders,New SMS etc etc. My problem is they won't come up when I want to assign them to Custom Ringtone in Contacts, I only get the default ones - can anyone suggest anything I can do to rectify this???
Guest JamieDow Posted August 3, 2005 Report Posted August 3, 2005 I have the same problem so any assistance would be great! There's just so much great content to filter through I haven't been able to find the answer on here yet :)
Guest jules3 Posted August 5, 2005 Report Posted August 5, 2005 This is what I use and it works for me. I can't believe no one else has made a reliable program. http://howardforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=537753
Guest wildmanviper Posted August 8, 2005 Report Posted August 8, 2005 I transfer the ringtones to the sounds directory of your phone, not your sd card, then I go to file manager, select all and move to the sd card, it then builds a reference somehow and knows where to look for the custom tones on the sd card. Hope that this helps
