c500 Application Unlocking with Simlock on?

Greetings!

I have a problem with my c500 - I wish to sim unlock the phone, and in order to do so, i need a proper phone number.

The problem is, that all those orange webforms needs a proper phone number to unlock the device.

I cant use my sim with a number, because the phone just wont accept it.

Any ideas how to app unlock your phone without the orange webform?

I remember a single html file, that could unlock it - but that was for e200.

Any help appreciated.
