Cannot open ini file.....

Ive installed a program which seems to have changed all the fonts on my phone and its also ruined the ini file.

When i start the phone up im greeted with this error message

'cannot open ini file, go to settings menu and input valid parameters'.

Ive tried uninstalling the program but it wont let me, can someone please help me restore my phone back to the way it was, my phones an SPV E200.
