Vodafone Call Catcher

Hi all

This is more of a general question. I keep getting phone calls from this number 07973 100 194. I don't answer them and a text message with Vodafone Call Catcher, above number and #148# or 1481 to deactivate the service

Can anyone tell me what this is? Is it something i should be worries about?

Is it Orange caling, if so why Vodafone Call Catcher ?
