Hard reset

I need to reset my phone back to factory settings, how can i do this ?

Press and hold the Power (screen on/off) button on the right side of your phone and press the soft reset button at the bottom.

If that doesn't work let me know the make of phone you have.

EDIT: I've just seen you have a M2000 in you profile. I don't know exactly the answer for hard reseting a M2000 but the above method works with the M500, so it may be similar.

Yeah, that works, thanks alot had to reset it before sending it off [just sold it]
