Anybody??? I need a wap browser so I can use the 5.99 wap plan with T-mobile (US), they don't allow port 80 and i don't want to spend 20 bucks/month just to browse for movie times and stuff.

The MS smartphone already has a WAP microbrowser built in.

If you need to use a proxy server then try using port 8080.

I think you have two options for a WAP browser on a smartphone. You can get Opera, which handles WAP pages quite well, WAP 1 or WAP 2, or you can put registry hack in to enable WAP for PIE which will handle WAP 1. I can dig up the reg hack if you want it.
