Guest awarner [MVP] Posted August 4, 2005 Report Posted August 4, 2005 First of all if you are using a USB hub don't then try different ports. Also check if you have any partnerships set up, if you do try removing them.

Guest Sir Max Posted August 4, 2005 Report Posted August 4, 2005 Try another actual USB port? Sometimes your USB port decides to break. Are you using Windows Mobile 5?

Guest Pondrew Posted August 5, 2005 Report Posted August 5, 2005 Can you tell us what happens when you plug the C550 in? Does the PC make the 'ping' that indicates a device is detected?

Im guessing is just knackered and needs sending back
Guest Confucious Posted August 5, 2005 Report Posted August 5, 2005 no nothing at all. as if its not there. Its not the pc or cables ive ruled those out. Im guessing is just knackered and needs sending back I have had this problem with just about every device I have ever owned that uses ActiveSync! And I still haven't got to the bottom of it but in every case it resolves itself - strange but true. Give it a couple of days reboot your PC and your phone a couple of times and eventually it will just work again.....
