So I installed WM5 from piratebay.torrents (yeah i know bad idea, but it was a good idea at the time).

Phone was working fine, but I ran an SDAunlock tool, becuase I couldn't flash it back to an orange rom via RUU_v0.995_OrangeUK_v4.1.1.4.exe .

Now I am getting an error when I boot up the phone saying..

"We're sorry.. a problem has occured with cprog.exe.."

My phone has no server now and seems like a brick.. anything I can do to bring it back?

My SPL has a Typhoon logo on it when I was installing the WM5...

thanks!

You can downgrade. You need to downgrade the bootloader first, then you can restore a previous os from your SD card.

Check out the instructions here http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?p...grade_to_WM2003

That should get you back on track!

Thanks! I actually found a bootloader from modaco for cingular. Loaded it up on my mini-SD card, then copied the rom image and loaded it up, works like it was back to normal! :) Sweet!!

Thanks a lot!

It's one of the bugs of the floating WM5 copy. I got it 3-4 time already and there's no way around it but to reintall WM5. It should work after that. Regards!
