BA won't connect to C500 via BT

I'm pretty certain I seen a post about this subject somewhere else on the forum, but I couldn't find it again. Anyways, problem is that I can't send files to either a C500 or C550 via bluetooth, it just keeps giving me a "Cannot connect to device" (or something along those lines) error. The C500/C550 shows up OK, but when I actually try to send the file, it just fails. This then means I have to transfer files via IR, which takes ages!#

As always, any help would be much appreciated!
