Spv c500 application unlocking. Help!

Hi, guys! Recently, I've bought a Spv c500 from Switzerland which was supposed to be sim unlocked (but, as with my Spanish simcard the phone says that my password is not valid, I'm afraid it's still locked to Orange. :)

Fact is, I've thought to buy some software to unlock it, but I've read that the phone must be application unlocked. I've no idea if this phone is app unlocked and the guy that sold it is everything but cooperative, so I have no proper phone number to try to unlocking it with the Orange web form. Can anyone please tell me what can I do to fully app unlock and then sim unlock my phone? I hope there's some solution!! Thanks in advance for your help!!
