C550 and Parrot 3100

Hello,

I have a SPV C500 and want to pair it with my Parrot 3100.

With the C500 it was no problem, but with the new C550 pairing isn´t possible.

The C550 finds the Parrot via bluetooth, but after entering the correct key on the phone it appears a message that the pairing was not successfull.

Any idea ?

i also had this problem when i upgraded to the C550.

You first have to delete the original pairing form the Parott

To do this, hold down both buttons on the parott until it tells you that the original pairing has been deleted.

Then try and pair it with the C550 normally.
