Audiovox SMT 5600 (C500)

Hi, I've had the Audiovox SMT5600 (C500) for 4 months now and suddenly the phone is running extremely slow. For instance, if I choose to view my contacts, it'll take 40 seconds to even display my contact list. My phones memory load was around 60%, I restarted the phone, deleted applications, etc. Still with no luck.

Any help?

Hate to say it but a hard reset may be in order...
