Unlocked Mpx220, can't connect to internet.

I just got my shiny, unlocked, black MPx220 from Ebay. Cingular won't give me the settings to connect to the internet and my multimedia messaging does not work either. (The tech said, Cingular won't support a phone that was not bought from them.)

Can anyone give me the correct GPRS and MMS setting to put in? Thanks in advance..

Nevermind, after staying up all night, I decided to flash the phone with the Cingular 1.43 ROM. Everything now works peachy.

I wanted to use the generic 1.47 or the 3.46 Asia Rom, (wanted the loudest earpiece/speaker) but could not get those dam internet settings to work! Oh well, this cingular ROM looks pretty good.

Does anyone else have it? Any issues?

Go to www.hellomoto.com and you will be able to configure your settings from there.

Now you can just write down the data settings and then flash back to whatever you want and enter the settings :)

Its weird that Cingular wouldnt give you the settings...
