idiots guide to internet setup

Hi. I'm new to the forum. I have an MPx200 that I want to set up so that wap will work using my o2 UK wap settings. I asked o2 for the settings and was given the following

GSM WAP Settings:

Dial number 915000

Data Mode ISDN

Default URL http://wap.o2.co.uk

Port 9201

Security Off

IP Address 193.113.200.195

Linger time 120 seconds

Username o2wap

Password : password

GPRS Settings:

APN wap.o2.co.uk

Default URL http://wap.o2.co.uk

Port 9201

Security off

IP Address 193.113.200.195

Linger time 120 seconds

Username o2wap

Password : password

The problem Im now having is how to enter them into the phone. Can somone walk me through it? Im running w2003 if that makes any differance.

Any one? I've tried to enter the settings manually but it wont connect. does anyone know if i can get a .cab file to set up the phone for me?
