small talk communications/orange/spv c500

in november 2004, I bought a SPV C500 from small talk communications(STC) in bedfordshire, over the net. the deal included an orange contract at £30 per month and £50 cashback from STC after 6 months.

Well the 6 months came and as required I sent STC my completed voucher and latest orange invoice. that was 2 months ago. I cant get anyone from STC to speak to me. orange say they have spoken to STC and can now do nothing more to get my £50 back and of course there is no sign of the £50.

as far as I know STC is still in business.

anyone with advice on how to proceed?

The usual advice is to get the phone number for your local trading standards office and give them a ring.

I would advice you to grab a baseball bat, pop down teh gun shop, get your self a nice shiny shotgun and track down the guy responsible, or if you find the shop i guess you know what to do,

after all its 50cookies or them eating the cookies
