Smartmonitor problem :(

Hello fellow MoDaCoErs!

On my I-mate SP3i (with Qtek ROM 2.1.32.23), smartmonitor is not refreshing its statistics no matter what setting I change the refresh to. It refreshes the data if I switch homescreens, then back again, or switch the phone off and on. I downloaded the latest 2003 version from HERE (I didn't click on the emulator one :) ).

I know the code is right but it will not work. Is the 2003 version maybe not for 2003se as well? Would the 2002 version work better?

Also does anyone know exactly when it refreshes?? Will it continue to refresh when the backlight is off, or keypad locked or the start menu has been opened or a number typed in? And if it doesn't, does it then start the count again?? ie. 60 second refresh...after 30 you go to start menu etc and back and does it continue from 30, start again from 0, or has been continuing as you were in the start menu?

This could be my problem as I don't leave it unlocked on the homescreen for very long and my backlight times off after 10 secs, but I don't want to majorly up the refresh rate or majorly down the backlight time off as it'll drain my battery (and even with the refresh rate on 5 secs it didn't seem to refresh anyway).

Anyone have any advice??? :shock:

EDIT: Okay after testing it better, it is apparently only the signal strength which is not being refreshed. Still any help??

Ok, it's fixed now, thx for the help evry1 :)
