Guest Socrates Posted August 6, 2005 Report Posted August 6, 2005 I have already deleted all email in every email account box. The inboxes in outlook, text messages, etc all have NO messages left in them, however the cemail.vol folder is STILL at just about 6.3 MB. I keep getting messages about the memory being full. When I try to rename the storage\cemail.vol file from either the file manager on the phone or the Windows Explorer on the desktop it doesn't work. Syas failed to rename on phone, claims a sharing violation on the desktop. Anyone know the trick to renaming this thing? There are no apps running that I can see in Task Manager.

Guest Socrates Posted October 27, 2005 Report Posted October 27, 2005 (edited) I'm like three or four hard resets later. That was the only thing I could figure out to do. Actually, it seems like hard reset is the basic answer for every problem on a smarthone, and there are plenty of problems. There are too many settings hiding in the background that get easily screwed up and not enough info or tools to really be able to troubleshoot seemingly minor issues like this. It's damned frustrating. Seems like I have to do a major reset and reconfigure once every couple of months. Edited October 27, 2005 by Socrates
