hey, is there anyway to replace the default calendar with papyrus so that the appointments you create in papyrus are displayed on the homescreen as how the default calendar is like?

There is a program called Facade that will do this. It is in beta right now but is very stable on my I600. It is also being done by SBSH.net. It is free while in beta testing but will become commercial with the 1.0 release.

I think one (or more) of us is getting confused, and I'm not sure who.

If you install Papyrus it will replace the built-in Tasks and Calendar apps, and everything you create/edit will appear on your Homescreen with the built-in Calendar or with the Facade plugin.

@midgetdiablo - apart from Facade, which offers a much more advance display of your appointments and tasks on your device home screen, as Blazingwolf mentioned, the Papyrus installation is also suppose to re-direct your default Calendar and Task shortcuts to Papyrus views instead of the default Calendar and Tasks applications (as chucky.egg mentioned) , even without using Facade.

One reason your shortcuts were not replaced after installation might be that you didn't installed the latest Papyrus version, which version are you currently using?

@Blazingwolf - great to see you here :) 8)
