Guest FunkyGibbon Posted August 8, 2005 Report Posted August 8, 2005 I have an MDA Compact (Windows Mobile 2003 SE). Is it possible, by way of editing the registry or otherwise, to keep my emails, text messages etc on my storage card? I remember doing the same with my E200 a while ago. Appreciate any help on the matter :) -Tom
Guest FunkyGibbon Posted August 11, 2005 Report Posted August 11, 2005 Well I'm now using Sprite Backup to backup my phone (including the emails and text messages) onto my storage card every night at 3am. That's good enough for me. But even so, if anyone does know I'd still be interested to find out if this can be done. Thanks :-)
Guest hodula1 Posted August 17, 2005 Report Posted August 17, 2005 HKCU\Software\Microsoft\MAPI "AttachPath"=string:"Storage Card\Mail\Attachments" "PropertyPath"=string:"Storage Card\mail" Create a folder in the root of your SD Card called "Mail" and another one in "Mail" called "Attachments" Do a soft reset. NOTE: Edit registry at your own risk!
