need some help here as getting nowhere with the big guys - have an SPV M2000, running tomtom nav 5 but now had my third spv after various problems. the replacement phone appears to have a new device code and so the product code won't work......tomtom are there usual helpful selves and orange played dumb, close to just buying new maps (the hard ones) so please help if anyone can..
