phone auto-mutes during calling

Hello,

I have a T-mobile SDA

Sometimes my phone mutes the mic of my phone while i'm calling.

when this happends there is also a lot of menu changing on the screen. And i have to get my callingscreen back from my homescreen to turn on the mic.

I've tried to shut down al the apps while calling but it still happends.

I Also tried a hard reset, because i thought it might be a program that was intervering. But this also did not helped.

Are there more people with this problem?

Is there anybody who nows how to eliminate the mute option from the phone, I don't need it.

Maybe with a tuned version of the RAM.
