brothers having problems

hi my bro has just bought himself a m2000...............he is having a problem with his contacts..........as he has his whole company database on it he says that he has too many to scroll through to get to a contact he wants to get to.............now with my c500 i can press the green button type in 6,4,5,3, and mike will come up no problems.......but apparently he cant do that through opening up contacts............ and if he presses the green button up comes the dialler screen but he cant press 6,4,5,3 to get to mike is he missing something cause he is on the verge of taking it back as it is really winding him up but he loves it and he doesnt wanna take it back

There is an application called intellidialer. This application is what does what you are asking.
