my phone freezes at the hello moto screen when i turn it on, and i dled the flash but my computer wont detect the phone with active sync, what should i do

Try a hard reset, press blue button and switch on at the same time, reset>yes, then wait and cross your fingers.

oh yeah and make sure u do that on a full battery... i repeat "FULL BATTERY"

Before selecting YES try pressing NO first, this can sometimes fix the problem without the need to do a hard reset.

Also you do not need Activsync if you want to flash your phone.
