SPV C550 help please !

ive recently got a C550 and was wondering is there anyway to stop the phone making a different folder each day for the photo album?I'd rather have my photos put into the same album rather than split up into the days they were taken.

Also i was wondring if there was any way you could use the music buttons on the front so that they dont take you back to media player each time but still work?
