Guest Killian Posted August 11, 2005 Report Posted August 11, 2005 I've put alot of dance music onto my phone and some of them are mixed into the next song. On a pc or stereo it works great but my phone pauses before playing the next song. I own a C500. Anyone no any ways around it? Thanks in advance. Dan
Guest scrattyrat Posted August 11, 2005 Report Posted August 11, 2005 The program 'poketmusic' makes an attempt to merge the 2 track together by way of what sounds like slight overlap. There is no 'gap' but it isnt perfect removal of the gap either - it is quite well done in my opinion. However i dont use the program anymore as .wma's seem to always stutter and skip when i play them. Alternatively mini lyrics magic which is a great program, has a smaller gap that isnt as annoying as WMP and has great equaliser/bass settings with playlist on the main player screen which WMP and pocketmusic lack. Guest Disco Stu Posted August 11, 2005 Report Posted August 11, 2005 An alternative is to rip mix CDs with CDex : http://cdexos.sourceforge.net/ If you use the 'Extract a section' option you can define the start & stop positions. By default it will include the whole mix but you can cut out whatever section you like. The result is one single MP3 / wav file instead of a collection. :)
