problems with unlock spv e100

HI

i have a problem :

when i make ale procedure with unlocking i have this unlock key but when i see on screen "THIS DEVICE IS LOCKED.ENTER YOUR DEVICE PASSWORD AND PRESS THE UNLOCK SOFT KEY" ... i put code from spvunlock and ..... "INVALID PASSWORD PLEASE TRY AGAIN" .... dono what to do :)

i have version 0.98 and i doing everything with instruction that is on other posts here so everything should be allright .. but i cant find resolwe for my problem

i find what to do self ...... i must make hard reset ...but ...

hard reset must be done on full battery ... my battery dont charging ... dont know why:( (light on mobile is without any colour , it didnt lighting :/ ) ...... maby when device is blocked charging didnt work ???? smb can help ????
