SX66 or PDA2k

I was wondering about the quality of these devices. I'm fed up with MPX220. I know MPX220 and SX66 cannot be compared directly, but since both run WM2003, they must have some similarities.

Are SX66/PDA2k as configurable as MPX? Caller ID, Home screen, etc? Do smartphone apps run on PPC?

Do they need firmware upgrades every month?

Do they lose data once in a while?

It would really help to hear some feedback from ppl who used both MPX and SX66.
