Any way to choose where to install files?

When you run an installation file through the PC & Activesync, it gives you the option of where to install it (Main Memory, Storage, Storage Card) but if you run a CAB on the phone, it doesn't. Does anyone know of a program/tweak/setting that will allow me to choose where to install my files?
