Help I can't update my phone

I just downloaded the latest update for the SPV C500 that adds wmp10 and mp3 ringtones, I did everything the install told me and then it tells me that the update connot be installed "please check your Update Utility"

where did you get the update from is it the right update and from a verfied source

if you have msn or yahoo and a broadband connection i will send you the update i used and it should work fine :)

I downloaded the update from coolsmartphone.com I don't know how good the download source is.My email adress is [email protected]. I'm on dial-up, but I can get like 20-25MB in ... 3 hours lol. I will be forever grateful if you sent me your update
