Guest barrowfordred Posted August 14, 2005 Report Posted August 14, 2005 I use Ruttensoft homescreen designer for my homescreens, however, when I use an animated gig as a background picture the result is a static picture on my phone. How do I get an animated gif as my homescreen????

Guest gpcarreon (MVP) Posted August 18, 2005 Report Posted August 18, 2005 You may also convert your animated gifs to madbeetle ani format so you can have them on your animated homescreen. http://www.madbeetle.com/homescreen_page1.html
Guest tendo Posted August 18, 2005 Report Posted August 18, 2005 (edited) why can't i insert my own gifs? i can make my own animations, why do i need to pay for this superflous software? Edited August 18, 2005 by tendo
Guest gpcarreon (MVP) Posted August 18, 2005 Report Posted August 18, 2005 why can't i insert my own gifs? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Simply because there is no homescreen plugin available yet which allows you to insert animated GIFs. Welcome to MoDaCo Forum! :)

If you also want to change the background then change the background image while you are on there. Hope this helps.
Guest gpcarreon (MVP) Posted August 20, 2005 Report Posted August 20, 2005 Read about changing Start Menu background, earpiece volume background etc back to default in here: http://www.modaco.com/Restoring_Extra_Scre...lts-t93963.html
