Quad band with WiFi. It was all I wanted from the M500... :)

Going to the US in Oct and won't be able to use it there...

You'll be able to use it just fine in the U.S. Quad band will support both U.S. bands and edge is now broadly deployed here as well.

A good question and one I wouldn't want to guess on an answer. From what I understand it would depend on which band the mobile provider you chose over there used. If it was one the SPV M500 didn't support it obviously wouldn't work.

Maybe one of the North American members can provide more info?

'The Register' has reported than all 3 new HTC variants will be available in september. Not sure if anyones noticed ( :o ) but it's pretty much the end of september now???

I'm sure this is probably normal for orange, but does anyone know a revised release date for the wizard/m3000 or whatever they're going to call it now!

My contract with orange runs out in november, what are the (real) chances of it being available by then?

I've pre-ordered the Qtek 9100 version - should be out on the 5th October. This beauty looks fantastic. I was so close to getting a Magician but so glad I decided to wait till my contract renawal.
