Orange Divert Ain't Working

Hi, I'm trying to take all my diverts off my C500 on Orange but it'stelling me that the settings cannot be saved. It is only working for all calls (I can successfully divert) but I can't take the Voice Mail off my busy/unreachable ...

Any ideas before I sell my kidney to ring Orange CS?
