Skin designer for SPV C550?

Does anyone know if the Ruttensoft screen designer can make screens for the SPV C550?

I have used this software for my SPV C500 but I cannot find anyway of changing the screen size.

Altternatively, is there another designer that would allow me to make skins/themes for the SPV C550? (something that doesn't take too much brain power!)

I think I've read a statement from Ruttensoft saying that they're working on it.

You'll naturally read about it here first :)
