Reorganizing the Start menu on the c500

Hey all,

I've had my c500 for a couple of months now, after a year on a classic spv, and i've run into a problem.

I've just run a hard reset to sort a problem i had with the profiles, and now i can't resort my start menu programs into folders. Every time i try on my computer it gives me a "file moving error" which says:

Error moving file what ever: access is denied

Make sure your mobile device has sufficient memory, that the file is not set as read only. and that you have permission to copy this file type.

When i try using smart explorer it doesn't let me either, and using file manager it doesn't even see the files to begin with.

I think the problem is that they are system files, but i've never had this problem before running the hard reset, so don't know if before they wen't system files, or just that it wasn't a problem then.

Any ideas on how to sort this would be great!

On mine the problem went away with a reboot.
