MPX220 Rom upgrade ? hepl me !

I want to upgrade my Mpx220's ROM from 4.21 to 4.30. But I only have a Cingular ROm (version 4.30). My phone was bought in Hong Kong, I think it have an Asian's ROM.Pls show me:

Can I use Cingular ROM to upgrade my phone ?

Differen bettween 4.21 and 4.30 ROM ??

I've seen other posts where Cingular ROM have been used without problem; however, they have reported volumn problems.

As for the firm ware. Have you tried calling Motorola Customer Care at 1-800-331-6456?

Thanks you ! But I'm in Vietnam to make a call to Motorola is very hard, and my English it not good to talk them about my question. Anybody can help me ! I want to know Can I use Cigular 4.30 ROM to update my MPX220 ( Aisian ROM) ?? Any problem ?? Pls help me ! Thanks!
