Guest JTHM Posted August 17, 2005 Report Posted August 17, 2005 Folks! I have been seeing a fair number of new threads about Bluetooth capabilities on the M2000 - I've even been guilty of starting a few myself - but none have been conclusive. Has anyone out there been able to successfully send a file by Bluetooth on their Orange SPV M2000 without major surgery on their ROMs? If so, please, please, PLEASE tell us how as I am on the (desparate) verge of flashing my own set of cooked O2/T-Mobile ones. ....Orange are NOT going to get revenue out of me for sending files by email - NO WAY!
Guest Eriktheviking Posted August 19, 2005 Report Posted August 19, 2005 i figured it out and it took me badword ages!!!! right, from memory, here goes, go to bluetooth manager then tool and paired devices add a new one, all your paired devices will now be displayed in my shortcuts in bluetooth manager. hold the stylus on the device you wand to send to and then connect. it should connect then at the bottom left there it menu called file and a think at the top is "send a file" and brings up your file browser. took me ages to figure out, let me know how you get on.
