Startup/Shutdown Sounds on C500

I've got a few neat sound effects I'd like to use as startup and shutdown sounds.

I was wondering if there was a piece of software that would allow me to do this, or even if it can be done on the phone as it is?

These sounds are commonplace on other windows operating systems, after all.
