c550 homescreen installation

can someone please help every time i try to install a homescreen on my new c550 it keeps telling me it has failed because i do not have qdequate system permissions please help i am losing faith in my new phone :cry: :cry:

Same as any other smartphone, you need to app unlock it first to install homescreens.
