TCPMP (Betaplayer) & Backlight

Sometimes after using TCPMP Ver0.66 and then closing it down and going to my homescreen the backlight never times out on my C500. I have to reboot my phone.

I noticed someone mentioned it on the TCPMP site but there was no reply. Has anyone here had the problem?

Did you close it or just hit the Back button? Try using Modaco's quickclose app, that oughta do it.

Apparently, there is a known problem with the backlight in V0.66 - there's a test version, V0.66e, that seems to fix it......(paraphrased from a CoolSmartPhone news item).

That's where I got the problem one from. I have uninstalled and will wait for the final version.
