new text message mystery?

hi.. when i create a new text message, under the tools menu there is an option to "check names".. just wanted to know what this does...

i havent been able to figure it out at all..

any ideas?? :??:

I would imagine it's the same as the outlook feature whereby you can put in a persons name and it will lookup the relevant address for them in you address book.

Me too. Works for emails that's about it, such a waste of what could be a useful feature. :?:
