Question about EXE files

Het there guys. I dont know much about smartphones, but I have a spv C500. I like it so far, but I have a problem. I cannot install any exe files (designed for smartphones) on it. The active sync its...active, the connection works fine, but I cannot install the games on it. It strats on the PC, it gives me 2 disclamers and that all, after that it stops. Nothing installs on my smartphone. Any idea what I do wrong?

If the .EXE is made for Smartphones then you need to copy the .EXE to your phone and run it from there using File Manager.

If the .EXE is an installer that you run from your desktop then you need to make a connection with Activesync first and then run the installer.

Is your phone 'application unlocked'??

Are you trying to install to the phones storage or to a storage card? Is there enough free space?

Have you tried turning off the phone, taking out the battery and the SIM for a few seconds and then putting it back together and starting it?

If nothing you do works then maybe you should back up everything and try a hard reset.
