Memory Is Low

I have an Orange M500 with Voice Command installed upon it, but I keep getting an annoying"Memoryis low" message.

This seems wierd as if I look at the details I have only used 0.66mB of Storage mem (7.60Mb), I have a 1Gb card and have only used 171Mb. The only thing that seems fairly full is the the Extended ROM which has used 16.84MB with 2.12MB free.

I have done the hard reset/ soft reset trick & removed most of the Orange stuff, so does anybody have any ideas what to do next?
