new member needs help

hello everyone,

i'm riez from the netherlands so please excusse my writting. :oops:

i'm a new member and i'm trying to donwload stuff from this site/forum. the case is that i don't have a glue how to do this. when i, for example, click on a homescreen that i like and want to download, another screens open with info about the screen and its author and so on. :)

can somebody please help me overcome this problem, so i can enjoy this site/forum even more :??:

Hi

1. Click on this link:

2. At the left portion of your screen you will see:

Click on a category. For instance: Computer

3. The homescreens under 'Computer' will then be sorted for you. Click on the homescreen 'Name'

4. Another page will load showing you the details of the homescreen you are about to download, instructions on how to install, other plugins you need etcetera. At the lower portion you will notice this button:

5. Click the button above to see the main download link:

If you have problem showing the main download link, ensure that you have temporarily disabled your computer firewall first.

6. Save the file to your computer.

Once downloaded, verify the archive extension. If it is in RAR, you need to extract the contents of the archive first (via WinRAR). Same is true with ZIP archives. If the downloaded file is in CAB format (or HME), transfer the file to \Storage\windows\Start Menu\Accessories then run it there.

ok thanks so far, but now i've a new problem. after i unpacked the packed file, what and where schould i store the different items?
