Xpress Mail - SMT5600

I have installed Cingular Xpress Mail on my SMT5600. The application installs fine and synchronizes without any issue. My home screen will show that I have several Xpress Mail e-mail's in my inbox but when I click on it or if I go to messaging there is no Xpress mail inbox. Can someone help me? I have tried to hard reset the phone and install nothing but Xpress Mail. I need help!
