Missing Sync from Markspace

Has anyone any experience of missing sync???

The reviews are good,

But my experience so far is not. I cannot get it to sync, It connects, isync opens starts to load then duplicates my contacts 10 times before posting a message informing me it canot connect to device. Even the IT guy in the office cannot get it sorted!

I emailed support last week and i am still waiting for a responce. Im stuck.

An update is now available this fixes the problems i experienced, so in contradiction of the comments above, as a product it seems to work well, have yet to lad any software through it.
